Got a question? We've got you covered. Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions.


📦 Orders

How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. It's that easy!

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at hello@madewithloveclothing.co.uk if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

I haven't received an order confirmation — what should I do? Check your spam or junk folder first! If it's not there, get in touch with us and we'll resend it straight away.


🚚 Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days and express delivery takes 1–2 working days. All orders are processed within 1–2 working days before dispatch.

Do you offer free delivery? Yes! We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £100.

Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we're working on — stay tuned!


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How do I return an item? Email us at becky@madewithloveclothing.co.uk with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange for a different size or colour? Yes! We're happy to exchange items subject to availability. Just get in touch and we'll sort it for you.

How long does a refund take? Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days back to your original payment method.


👗 Products

How do I find the right size? Check out our size guide here for measurements and fit advice. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

How do I care for my embroidered clothing? To keep your embroidery looking its best, wash inside out on a gentle cycle at 30°C and avoid tumble drying. Iron on a low heat, avoiding the embroidered areas directly.

Are your products made to order? Some of our pieces are made to order, which means they're crafted especially for you. Any made-to-order items will be clearly marked on the product page.


💳 Payments

What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and other options available at checkout.

Is it safe to pay on your website?Absolutely. Our store is secured with SSL encryption and all payments are processed through trusted, secure payment providers.

Do you offer buy now, pay later? We're looking into flexible payment options — watch this space!
